We buy freeholds and ground rents across England, with a particular focus on residential blocks that other buyers find difficult. Where many buyers walk away from non-communicative leaseholders, disputed titles, buildings in disrepair, or enfranchisement complications, that is precisely where our experience is most relevant. How the process works
We keep things straightforward:
- You contact us with details of your freehold
- We make you an offer – usually within a few days
- Heads of terms are signed
- Section 5 notices are issued to eligible leaseholders (a statutory minimum two-month period is required by law, unless valid notices have already been served within the last 12 months)
- Transfer documents are prepared
- Funds are sent on completion
We buy with cash, with no chain. Each party covers their own legal costs. We operate across England.
